Payment

methods of payment: I only accept Cashapp, Venmo, and Zelle. If unable, I may also accommodate for Amazon Gift cards. The currency I go by is USD ($ usa currency). Anything other than USD is not accepted.required: Down payment is required. This ensures that I am getting paid for my time starting the commission and not being scammed into making "free" art/designs.tipping: Tipping is not required but is greatly appreciated! ♡ It helps me know I did a good job. ♡

Rights

image rights : You have the right to own and use your commission as you please. However, I still retain the right to be able to use the commission art for my own purposes of presentation in my portfolios, sketchbooks, resumes, etc.my rights : I reserve the right to decline a request. I also reserve the right to cancel any commission with proper reasoning. If I cancel a commission on behalf of inability to complete the request, a full refund will be issued to you. If you cancel after opening a commission, commissions that do require a down payment cannot be refunded but if any additional payments have been made, those payments will be refunded.transaction agreement : To work with me is to be able to communicate back and forth properly the required information to complete the commission. Inappropriate communication will not be tolerated, please remain professional and friendly. I'm pretty chill until I feel uncomfortable so please be mutually respective. ♡
Failure to so do will terminate the commission and will become a canceled commission without the down payment refund, only the overflow cost over the down payment will be returned if it was already paid to me.

Art Adjustments

amount of editing ; Minor tweaks to your commission is fine, but any changes that are significant or large will require an additional fee.no exceptions: You may not change your order once I begin working on it. Confirming a commission means we have had our discussion on what is desired in the commission and down payment has been submitted. This means you fully understood what you wanted and I have already began taking action to work on your piece.cancel to reselect : You may cancel and reselect with a transferred down payment if I have barely done the sketching out of your commission, but if I have been working enough on your canceled commission, your down payment cannot transfer to your new one.

Extra

Reference-less Fee: failure to provide adequate references will result in the $25 fee. It makes my job a whole lot harder if I have to keep asking "this or that" or making several sketch designs to understand the commission request because of the lack of information on style, colors, designs, personalities, and/or otherwise unlisted info. I will ask for the references upfront to remove confusion, otherwise please have at least 3-5 initial adequate references for me to work with.No AI Rendering: You are not to run my art under any AI tools neither to expand or generate my works as new pieces. This will get you blacklisted.Payment Plans Please do not commission if you do not feel confident to pay for it. In the case it is needed or desired, Payment Plans are available.
